ToggleDisplayScale released!

The iPad looks very exciting, however, the OSX Hackintosh is quite an interesting alternative.  The following links helped me put one together:

http://gizmodo.com/5389166/how-to-hackintosh-a-dell-mini-10v-into-the-ultimate-snow-leopard-netbook

Also, the netbook I used was the Dell Mini 10v (1011) that I purchased from the Dell outlet for a very reasonable price.

The install and upgrade to 10.6.2 was very simple.  10.6.3 however has caused issues with bluetooth that run the battery down very quickly and bluetooth cannot be disabled.  Meklort is going to be addressing this in a new release of netbook installer.

To handle the 10″ screen size, I’ve put together a quick program to toggle the display scale for netbooks running OSX.  This will toggle the display scale between 100% and 80%.
